I totally agree with Ronfour; promptness, professionalism and follow-through are in short supply these days. Austin exceeded my expectations and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to any of my friends or neighbors. I recently bought a condo in an old victorian house that had windows so dirty they looked like they had been cleaned in 20 years. Austin did an amazing job, even scraping off old paint for a very reasonable additional charge. Literally I can not stop admiring my sparkling windows. I've already asked him to return for spring cleaning.
