I was very pleased with the level of professionalism exuded by the At Home Computers personnel, and specifically the customer service provided by your PC Tech Joe Mellen. In dealing with my case, he has been patient with my technical inquires and has made a concerted effort to effectively communicate problems and the costs associated with the respective services.
