Rick and Pawleys pools went above and beyond with the installation of our inground fiberglass pool. Rick and his crew were always on time and very professional, leaving a clean work site and doing as little unnecessary damage to the yard as possible. Rick was very straightforward and honest about the process, and the timeline for pool installation. He and his crew were meticulous with making sure that things were level & true, and matched what we ordered. Being our 4th pool, I can honestly say that this process and end result was the most pleasant. From start to finish, Pawleys Pools earned my business and future recommendations.

A side note about communication:
Yes , Rick is a text message guy. If you call, 95% of the time he's not gonna pick up. Now this didn't bother me...probably because I don't need to chit chat (and having owned a business myself, I understand that he can't drop everything and talk on the cell). It's not personal. He's just VERY EFFICIENT.

Pawley's Pools will promise you the world,however don't hold your breath waiting for it. From the time you sign the contract, to when he actually gets around to finishing your pool. (for us it was a 6 month process) you will chase him every step of the way. But wait, Rick the owner of Pawley's Pools hand was out, and he would be there like clockwork, when it was time to get paid! The lack of pride and professionalism in his company's work is pathetic. After dropping in the pool, he just left it sitting without back filling it for 6 weeks. It turned green and got all full of junk from the construction on our new house. After weeks of calling him, he finally came back. Then it took weeks of calling after that for any more work to begin. Then the wrong pavers were ordered and installed and then had to removed. The new ones took weeks to come in holding up the process even more. He ran out of materials time and time again, which also held up the project. When it was finally all said and done we told him that our sun deck was done incorrectly and that the walls were not concreted and it would leak. Rick assured us that is was solid. But 3 months later the entire sun deck cracked and all the water leaked out. It took another 3 months, 3 calls to the BBB and a call to the local news station to get him back here to fix it. After several months, it is still being fixed. He refuses to give us a new warranty on the sun deck claiming we have a contract on the old one. Our bubblers no longer work, as his crew cemented them into the floor when they made the new one. He refuses to fix those either claiming that there is nothing wrong with them either. I don't know how he would know that since he doesn't show up on the job site after he sets your pool. He won't take our calls and communicates strictly by text when I threaten to go to the news station again or call my attorney. So, what is the lesson in all of this, DO NOT use Pawley's Pools. You will get inferior work and lose your money!

You should stay VERY far away from this company. They are terrible in regards to product installation and they are truly dishonest. They aren't even worthy of a one star rating. Save your money because their substandard installation are far below manufacturers guidelines. This company will deliberately disregard your concerns and requests. I would absolutely never recommend Pawley's Pools to ANYONE! Stay away from this horrific company!
