I took my car in to have a new bumper put on after an accident. The service manager (Brian Tucci) informed us it would take up to 4 days to fix. After day four we called to inquire when it would be done. They never called us and when we called to find out the status we were met with offensive language and then they hung up. After getting the car back it looked like a 3 year old put the car back together. The bumper didn't fit. Come to find out they installed used parts (they called them reconditioned). Our insurance Co made them use new parts and we had to reschedule the entire work again. Got it back a second time and it was fixed where it was wrong before but the other side was all messed up. They wouldn't fix it until they were paid in full for the work and threatened to file a mechanics lien on us allowing them to repossess our car. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THE FENDER MENDER PAWLEYS ISLAND.

Someone hit the right rear of my 2009 Ford. Fender Mender of Pawleys Island replaced the door skin and repaired it like new and its hard to find people that care and take pride in what they do. Great Job by Brain and his staff. Very Good Customer service.

They go out of there way to make you happy and also do the best work as a body shop. They also have a Tow service 24 hours.. the prices are out standing. If you have been in a wreck this is the place to send your car to be fixed.. they deal with all kinds of Insurance companies.
