They use the most modern technology, GPS and robotic total station, and all work is done by appointment so you know when the surveyor will arrive at your site. They do all kinds of surveying--Certified residential boundary surveying, commercial surveying, topographic surveying, Letters of Map Amendment (FEMA LOMA documents), site plans, land divisions with new property descriptions, and drawings that you can record at the county court house.
