RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL
I hadn't been there in a while, but I needed to have my eyes examined.
Last Saturday I got there at 4:47 pm, the gate was halfway down, but the hours on the door said, Sat 9:30-5:30.
Three employees were inside, I tapped on glass they looked at me and acted like I was invisible.
I continued tapping for another five minutes, I was totally ignored, all I wanted were two business card so I could make an appointment for myself and another card to give to an elderly person. I can see the cards on the counter , but just couldn't get it.
I finally left, in shock and feeling disgusted.
I could have been an earlier customer who left my keys and needed it.
But it was too much work to crack open the door to find out why I was so persistent.
Those employees are a total disgrace to any establishment.

Dr. Shin is rude and very nasty to customers she dont look you in your face and answer questions she rushes you out of her office.

This is the worst place to get glasses from. The service is really poor. They take for ever to do anything.

They'll say anything to get your money.

I got ripped off hard here.

Try to stay away from this place.
