Where to even begin?! I went to the Elizabeth location. There was no parking, so had to park on the street which is a busy street. I spent 30 minutes looking for a parking space. Then got a parking ticket. The receptionist were ok. The doctors on the other hand were just plain horrible. First a woman came in and then a guy followed, he didn't even acknowledge me. Was very rude. Then the female doctor comes at me with some kind of razor and doesn't even explain that she's about to take a sample of one of my pimples. Then comes at me again with a needle to inject some antibiotic into the pimples. Then writes me a script and her cell phone rings and she just walks out. Now I'm sitting there and don't even know what to do. I'll never come back to this place and no one else should.

first they give an appointment a month ahead, regarless of emergencies, and then they dont tell you the requirements. I took a day from work the kids from school and when i got there after waiting a month for the appointment they even confirmed the day before and did not state the need for a referal. And the doctor was not there i got there half hour early and patients that had earlier appointments were still sitting there waiting.



this office needs new management if the doctor wants to see more patients.
