Definitely, the worst office management we ever saw. For the last 2 years, our bills have never been handled properly. The files are a mess. Procrastination is unbelievable. They blame you out loud for balance on your account and when being told we never received a bill they yell sarcastically: “Excuses, excuses!” Then, when you ask for a printed record they “suddenly” find out the balance is zero! Never even apologized. The receptionists are exceptionally rude (Mrs. Sue Sugenis in particular is an attacker; she might throw a phone or a pencil at you, or yell), and the office manager (Mr. Yakob) is pathetic. ("Be grateful!"- he says when giving us yet another 25-min mentoring at the reception... "You must give me your card with absolutely no questions asked!" Occasionally, he switches in what apparently is his native language, etc.) My husband was seen by this doctor twice and the next month we are told he is not in the system and never was. We agonized till very recently because the doctor is OK, but finally we quit. I would never trust my kids' eyes to such unprofessional office.
