I mistaked submitted duplicate order for grommet kit and never got my money back on the duplicated order. they shipped one order and the grommet kit broke right after I used for a few grommets. I asked for replacement, they said Yes but NEVER receive the replacement as well as the refund on the order that I did not received. Very bad business model! Also some of the grommets in the big bad are bad and can not be used.
