the return policy for the store is horrible, if you by any chance, do not like your item, and you have lost your receipt, you can only get a store credit, now if you do not like anything they have or they don't have the item you need well you are pretty much stuck with the store credit. You cannot get your money back because unfortunately they cannot reverse the charges even if you used your card, now you know and I know that in these days that can never happen in any other store, if you are not happy with the item than you get your money back, but marburn curtains forces you to use their products even if you are not happy.
