Provided by YP.comI urge anyone buying or seeking repairs to any vehicle to avoid Baron Honda of Medford.
My wife dropped of her car for a safety recall on the air bags. After the car was returned she immediately began having an intermittent issue with the car alarm malfunctioning.
I returned to Baron Honda, the service manager tested my battery and told me it was dead. Taking him at his word, I replaced the battery. The problem remained. I tested the battery myself and it was not dead, so the $160 non-returnable replacement battery was wasted money. I returned to Baron Honda for a second time and was told that the car is 13 years old, We didn't touch the alarm and that I should just disconnect it.
At that point the service manager said, I'm done - go some place else. Get lost and the service manager slunk off to hide in his office.
Baron Honda, their staff is rude, incompetent and unwilling to fix problems created by their employees. DO NOT give them your business.

No hidden charges, no games, and a fair price.
I have Leased 13 Honda"s over the years (10 from another dealer) and Baron honestly gave me the best service.

Provided by YPmobileSHADY, SHADY people there. BEWARE! I've had a horrible there with nothing but lies. I had my Honda Insight towed there because the motor blew. The purchased the car new 3 1/2 years ago and asked that the repair be covered under the warranty since the vehicle is still under the power train warranty. It took Baron Honda a week to figure out what "caused" the motor to blow. They said that American Honda denied covering the repairs under warranty because it was my fault because "I drove through a flood of water". Then service manager Andy advised me to have my insurance cover it, telling me that this would cost $6000-$8000. Ever since its just been a game between Baron Honda & American Honda. To top it all off, last night I went in to Baron Honda to ask for copies of my purchase documents. A guy by the name of Steve had a folder with all documents signed by me and refused to let me see them, telling me that "it's private info".... Shady business right there. I also found out recently that 2 of my uncles had bad experience with this dealership as well. I wish I knew that before I purchased a vehicle from them.

Provided by YPmobileI went into the service department today because I was concerned the paint on my 2009 accord was peeling off and rusting. This is a known problem with Hondas. The fella at the counter said he gets this all the time. They sent out an assistant manager who proceeded to tell me my car was painted (it wasn't I am the original owner) and that the chips were due to careless seatbelt use- it was laughable. I asked his name and the owner came out and went on an abusive tirade screaming at me "sir go to another dealer" because I asked for the managers card. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS DEALER AGAIN!!
