They did a poor job cleaning. I even had dirt that I took my finger and was able to knock away in a matter of seconds. When I call and said something about it, they made an excuse. They even charged me a fuel sur-charge when gas prices were currently at a three year low. They said it was because I used a coupon. Give your business to someone else.

Actually, they don't even deserve one star!



Horrible service and followup experience. False advertising on their webpage. It was so bad I had to report them to the Columbus BBB. You can read it for yourself.



If you do use this company be sure to use a credit card. That way if they rip you off too you can do a charge-back and get your money back from the credit card company.

I have used this company several times and am generally satisfied with how clean they get my carpets. Their technicians, however, are as unprofessional as they come. I have had them use my restroom and leave a mess behind before. On their most recent visit, the technicians were upset that they had to remove pet stains (my dog had been sick), and they were cursing and making very rude comments about me right outside my screen door. I think I'll start searching for a new company for my patronage.
