You get your money's worth from this vet. We've had many animals, and were lucky to finally find Dr Wisse. Best prices in town. Caring, compassionate, professional and doesn't waste your time or money. I love these guys! And they take care of livestock too! I highly recommend!

whoever the receptionist was on 12/20/2013 was at 3:44 PM was EXTREMELY RUDE!!! I would NEVER want my pet taken care of by people who condone this behavior!! She answered rude, when I told her my dog has a temp of 104 and needs to be seen if possible she didn't care and said "maybe Monday" yeah because she'll still be ALIVE by that time! After saying okay I guess I'll have to find somewhere else she slams the phone down and hangs up on me before I could even ask if she could recommend another place!!! you should be ASHAMED of yourself!!!

My family and I have taken my dogs to this vet for several years and I have always had a mediocre experience with the business, but no reason to complain. My mom's dog was recently very ill, however, and she made the decision to have him put down. This was a very difficult decision for her, and she had her dog taken in on a Wednesday morning. A paper had been signed giving the orders to put the dog down, and one of the nurses said she was going to get it done right away. The staff led my family to believe that her dog had been put down instantly. My mom proceeded to mourn her dog. TWO DAYS later, Double Arrow left her a message saying they had something to discuss with her. When she called them back, the receptionist said that the doctor had decided to give my mom's dog another day to see if he improved, that he was still alive, they had not put him down, and asked if she wanted to come pick him up. She was horrified. She asked if his condition had changed or if his health had improved. The receptionist said no, and my mom had to tell them again to put her dog down. Another family member called that afternoon to talk to the vet about how this could have happened, and the receptionist wouldn't put her through and ended up hanging up on my family member.



I am not the type of person to normally complain about a business, but I can't believe how unprofessional and inexcusable our experience has been with this vet. Needless to say, neither myself nor any of my family members or friends will be returning to this place of business.

Everyone at Double Arrow is so friendly and there to help. The vets don't mess around and try to charge you for every little thing. They are by far the most affordable vet around with great service. I am so glad we finally found a place that is quick and efficient.

Dr Carl and Dr Hank are two of the best vets in town! Our family has been using them for 20+ years for everything from cows and horses to dogs and cats. They have saved several colicking horses over the years and their after hours service is phenomenal! Two highly skilled vets who care about you and your animals! Thank you for all of your dedicated service!!!
