Jason at Cubby's Electric Motor & Repair was able to find a very old double shaft electric motor that I had been looking for a long time. I am from the Portland, OR area and heard about Cubby's through a friend. Jason not only was able to get the replacement motor, but he kept me in the loop regarding how long it would take to arrive. I am so amazed at how fast he was able to find a replacement! (This from a couple of pictures sent via text to him.) Thank you for being so kind and professional in locating my replacement motor! I am a customer for life!

Jason at Cubby's Electric Motor & Pump Repair, Inc. was able to find a very old double shaft electric motor that no one else could find. (He did this from a couple of pictures!!) He kept me in the loop regarding the order and how long it would take me to get it. I am from the Portland Oregon area. This business is absolutely fantastic! Fast, courteous and very helpful. They rebuilt not one but two pumps for us in just eight hours because we were afraid our koi would expire in the summer heat after our pump went out on a Sunday night. I arrived on their doorstep the next morning and explained the situation and brought our older pump to be fixed too. He thought they would be able to have one ready to pick up the next day but he called at 4:00 and let me know I could come and get them! Wow just in time as the koi were just starting to show signs of stress. Thank you so much!!! And very fair price too.

I had an awesome experience! Cubby is truly a small business man that believes in helping people. I had a issue with an above ground pool pump that I had just purchased (from some website). Called Cubby on a Sunday just to see what his hours were during the week and he actually answered. He tried to help me over the phone but Im not the hands on type of guy when it comes to electronics and after getting lost in the lingo he told to go ahead and bring it in and he'll look at it on monday during business hours. Brought it in and of course it was something simple, took him not even 5 minutes to fix and he showed me what it was and how to fix if it happened again. To top off his exceptional generosity and professionalism, there was no charge. He even gave my son a couple ball bearings (he called them marbles, lol) to play with. This place is AWESOME!! Thanks Cubby!!
