horrible customer service! What happened to the customer is always right??? My son went through the drive-thru to get dinner for our family. First off, he had a difficult time understanding the person on the other end of the drive-thru because of a heavy accent and said he was treated like he was a bother to the employee. He received the food $35.00 later .Brought it home. I had asked him to get me a veggie burger, i received a "veggie" burger without the vegetable burger part in it. The item i received only had bun, mayo, lettuce and tomato...i drove back to the burger king to ask where my veggie patty was. I asked for the manager, and was told by the person behind the till that he didnt want to come over. I asked her what was wrong with the burger and she showed it to the manager, who happened to be the same person behind the drive-thru speaker. He reluctantly came over and told me that is what a veggie burger was, that if i wanted one with a veggie patty, then i needed to ask for a bk veggie burger. ..he acted like i was a bother. and would not make things right.

They have such good food.

Just love those chicken sandwiches with cheese on them.
