My brother, who has very limited knowledge of computers, had taken his custom built computer to Blue Tech on three occasions. Each time the repair costs ran over $100 dollars per incident. On his fourth trip to Blue Tech, I asked to accompany him and I also asked him not to mention that I have a background in IT and have built computers from the ground up for many years. We met with Andrew and he told us that he would have to start with running diagnostics which came with a healthy price tag and then repair costs. At this point, I had not even taken a look at my brother's computer to know what the problem was myself. I asked Andrew to provide us with service records from the three previous repairs to which he replied, "we don't keep repair records after a few months" which was my first red flag. Secondly, I asked to see financial records of how much my brother was charged and Andrews reply was, "uhhh...our accountant keeps all of our financial records at her office and we have no way of getting them back so you can see them." My brother works for a large refinery in Pascagoula and his $2000 custom built computer was designed and built by the company that provides all computers for the refinery. It's less than 2 years old. I took the computer home and had it "repaired" in a matter of fifteen minutes. I saw no reason to believe that there was ever anything really wrong with his computer or where he should have been charged over $400 in three visits. It was a very simple software issue that is easily resolved by anyone who has limited knowledge of computers. We were given the run around when trying to find out why he was charged over $400 even down to very minor things like no one there had a business card that they could offer us. It is without a doubt, a business that takes advantage of people who do not know how to resolve their own computer problems and they acted very shady throughout the entire process. I would not recommend these people to anyone!

I pad repair

The store had their credit card system down for multiple days and posted that problem but failed to let you know that they wouldnt take checks or when the credit card machine would be working. That meant when you tried to pick up your device, you had no means to pay, unless you left and brought cash back. It's probably because they don't want to pay sales tax. I would caution everyone no to go there. The owner was very unconcerned on how that affected his customers. Very bad experience.
