I took my car in for 3 things: check leaky front tire, rotate tires, change the oil. When I picked it up, I asked about the leaking tire. "Oops, we forgot to check that, we'll do it right now!" So I watched as they removed the same tire. I asked the attendent. "How do you know which tire to check if you've already rotated them?" "Oops, we forgot to rotate the tires as well, we'll do that right now!" I had to wait another 30 minutes as they performed the work that they originally claimed was done. When I got home, I checked the oil - at least that was done as they said. I will not be returning here.

The guys here at pep boys are the best! Very friendly they know me by name. I love coming here... it's like every time I walk in, am their favorite customer.. they are very knowledgeable and any question I throw at em they got an answer to.
