I dont usually leave reviews but this is absolutely the worst place to ever do business with! Do not waste your time. You will be stressing the whole time throughout your event. We were sitting there till 1:15 p.m. not able to do anything because the man kept saying he was coming and didn't show up till then. He set up a 20×30ft tent by himself along with his 2 small kids which he left unsupervised to do so! Once he left, we waited another 45 minutes waiting for the table and chairs and still nothing. . He ended up showing up around 2:15p.m with the equipment, so he was lying the whole time about someone else coming. On top of that, they stole my uncles rope from his house to take their equipment back which is just ridiculous. They even made us drive all the way to Pasadena to pick it back up! This place is very unprofessional, please don't waste your time or money. This is the last time we do any kind of business with them!!!

Worse service ever! I asked the owner the day before the party if the pinata was ready he said yes so my husband goes Saturday morning to go pick it up and its not there so they said it will be delivered to us at 12. He never answered my calls unless i called from sombodys elses number he did not recognized. At first he said he was not going to do anything else but give our money back since WE were being "ugly" with him. They eventually delivered it but not until 3:45 minutes away from our party starting with no stick and It was still wet from glue! He blames the people that makes the pinata but its all his business. We rented chairs as well and I was furious with the service so I told him if he wants his chairs then they need to pick them up, he put us through a bind so I put him through a bind! He kept saying I signed the contract so he will charge $25 if he picks them up! They didnt keep their word why should I keep mine! He did not own up to there faults and did not care to keep us happy! Never going back!!
