The lady at the desk was not experienced ...we was told they were going to change locks but before so we would be getting a phone call. We never received a phone call and our lock was changed and here I am siting in this storage unit park in lot and I have been on the phone for hours. Everyone I talked to on the phone was very rude. I can't get my stuff out and I have never missed a payment. Why would they change the locks with out a phone call or a KEY to get in. Is this legal. I was promised access to my storage 24 hours a day. What happend ? You broke your promise in your agreement. How dare you

I have been a customer for about ten years and have not had any issues..The management is very friendly and very helpful.
