If you like thugs with guns running through the complex, half the sheet rock missing in every room (holes in the walls), toilets that dont flush & toilet bowls that move when u sit on it, faucets that you open all the way & only drips water instead of flow water, missing closet doors, 1 small window unit for the whole apt (no central units), no dishwasher, missing tile & faucet plates in the shower,unsafe stairs, blaring ghetto music, neighbors knocking on your door evey five minutes because they think your a food bank & want to borrow sugar & eveyrhing else they can get from you then this is the place for you.... The legal name of this dump is Bad Properties in the Harris County records which is so appropriate!!
