On a week end,In the middle of a severe winter cold spell,way below freezing in 2008/9 while overseas,I got a call that the furnace quit. Out of oil. The only person in the house was my mother in law who doesn't t speak english or drive.a car, and didn't have a credit card. After calling many area oil companies to no avail, I called Zonnex. and we got complete satisfaction . They came out the same afternoon I called, They filled the tank, primed the furnace, made sure it was working and worked out a payment with us from half way around the world. And it was less expensive oil than the others. Zonnex charged nothing for the extra service to go inside the house, prime and start the furnace and make sure my mother in law was OK. These Zonnex people are Saints; I never consider calling anyone else for oil.
