Wow! Just call this company to find out about fuel oil services etc., I'm changing from another company after years with my present company. The young woman who answered the phone must've been having a bad day,

: asked no questions about what services I needed where I was located. Instead immediately launched into a tirade about the rules of payment and delivery, threatening that if the bill wasn't paid on time they would add a 5% charge and hit my credit card. I am never not paid a bill in my life, and here she's assuming I'm a deadbeat not even knowing what my name is. I was stunned so I said never mind and hung up. I called back, figuring she was just having a bad day, and she answered the phone but pretended to be somebody else! Pretty bizarre. She then told me I threatened her; they just lost my contract, they don't need new customers. I would suggest looking elsewhere for your heating oil needs, unless extremely negative customer service is your thing.
