I had a mastectomy and had to get a bar with prosthesis. I went to Fittings by Michele. She fitted me with two bras. Insurance only pays for two types of bras. She told me they have a lot more bras to choose from, but insurance only pays a part. I told her I only wanted the free ones. Then she kept pushing that my insurance would pay for six. I stated to her I only wanted the free ones, one beige and one white. I took the beige home she had to order the white one. I wore it the next day and it was so tight it left a deep mark on my whole bra area. I called and said it was too tight she said I would get use to it. I said no it is way too tight and showed her a picture she said to buy an extension. I went to her office and picked it up (see picture) wrong color and wrong size. She called me and said my other bra was in. When I went to pick the bra up it was the same one that I had already gotten. I showed her that the order was for white. I said this extension was the wrong color and wrong size did not fit at all. She said they only come in two sizes. I said that does not make sense the extensions do not line up to my bra clips.
She said that is all that she had could not order one for this particular bra. Now I’m stuck with a bra I cannot wear and have to throw it in the trash. She said I could order another one that would fit better, I said no because I want the one that is free the insurance pays for.
