I had been going there for a few months and particularily liked the one stylist alot. I was always pleased with her and she has a great personality. Recently we called to make an appointment and were told she moved to CA to be with her sick grandfather or Dad or something like that, which was total bull. My daughter made an appointment with Shannon instead, big mistake. Cut has horrid. Had to pay a week later to go to another salon to patch up the lousy cut. We tracked down the stylist we originally went to and liked and made appointments. We didn't fly to CA either. I know they don't want to loose clients however they should not make up stories, just say your not sure where the stylist went. They have lost three clients due to their cutting this stylist loose and then lying about it. We knew her well enough to know she didn't move to CA. Hope they read this.

Jen, cut my hair and my bangs were waaaaaaaaaay toooooo high, after I told her I wanted a low bang. Plus it smelled like FOOD in there! Hair salons should not smell like food.
