Provided by YP.comI took an adult swim lesson here to try to work on improving my stroke efficiency. It was pretty expensive and the only real input from the instructor was that my stroke looked pretty good, but my hand needed to enter the water closer to my head. I think this facility is much more focused on children's lessons.
