RE: Caliber Collision on Colorado Blvd. in Pasadena, California. We had the most amazing experience with them; from the amazing ladies at the front desk to their reps, and their fearless manager. We've had nothing but an amazing experience.

My hybrid sedan was hurt badly when I tried to avoid a reckless driver, dinged another car, and landed on the corner of a residential block. Thankfully no one was badly hurt, except for our sturdy and reliable vehicle. :(. Our insurance gave us a list of auto body shops to choose from and we did our due diligence and got the highest-ranking shop on the list. It was not the closest one to us but it was so worth the drive and wait. With the disruption in the (automotive) supply chain, there was some waiting but they gave us periodic updates and they went over and beyond with replacing parts that were new versus used. Thing is, we had to wait for the parts and that's ok. They treated our car like it was one of theirs. They took thorough photos of the vehicle inside and out before and after our visit with them. There was a bit of confusion that I thought was not there before the collision and their photos proved me wrong. That was embarrassing but it made me feel better that they were honest and upfront with me. :) Needless to say, the front of our car looks gorgeous and she is healthy and drives well. Thank you!

I needed a headlight service on a different car and I loved my experience with them so much, I reached out to them and they were able to help me! Because of them, I finally got myself to write this long overdue vote of approval for their shop and service.

Special shoutouts to Coral C., Edgar G., Shirley, Grecia, and their mastermind Mr. Nahum Martinez (pronounced na-oom) who seem to love their jobs and who take great care of their customers and their baby cars. So refreshing. Thanks for making our year and doing your part in making the world a much better place. :) Bless you.
