Called this morning to see if appointment was required, they said "No appointment needed, got a coupon?" I didn't so they offered coupon price anyway and a free car wash. I got there couple of hours later, got right in and out. Very courteous and helpful.

I called at 8 AM. They said they could take me right away. Arrived 10 minutes later. Fast and courteous with a free car wash.

I was offered a free car wash with smog check.In addition,the technician was very professional & knowledgeable.
