Ohaus Corporation manufactures scales and balances for the laboratory, education, industrial and specialty markets worldwide. Its products include devices for animal weighing, food weighing, portion control, batching and mixing, check weighing, counting, shipping and receiving, sieve analysis, statistics, ink mixing and density measurements. The Ohaus Scout Pro portable digital scales feature a large 6-digit, high-contract LCD display, stainless steel weighing surface and the ability to read in many different weighing units. The company's headquarters is in Pine Brook, N.J., and it operates offices throughout Europe, Asia and Latin America. Ohaus traces its roots back to 1907 and was incorporated in 1947.
