"There is a source of infinite wisdom that resides within each of us. Source, Spirit, the Divine, God, Goddess, Consciousness, Awareness. Whatever you call it, we are all connected to it and by it. By strengthening your connection to this inner knowing, you are better able to navigate the flow of life, deal with challenges, and observe/ participate in the beauty of existence. Over the years, I have studied many schools of thought. From Christianity to Paganism, Stoicism to the Tao. The strongest influences in my practice and understanding being a culmination of Eastern philosophy, Western psychology, and modernized witchy practices. This has led to a broad practice addressing body, mind, and spirit holistically.
