Me and my family love it here. Things have definitely gotten better thanks to the new Manager (Nicole). Nicole is friendly and tries her best to help fix problems that you have. :)

I applied to reside in Arbor Village Mobile Home Community, and all the current manager could do was trash talk the previous management. This gentlemans overwhelming lack of professionalism was astounding. I also have several friends within the community who have told me that the current manager disclosed their personal financial information with others. DO NOT RENT HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO REMAIN PERSONAL.
