we love this store--very fast, informative, and inexpensive--they give great, timely service--we like shopping local.

Love JT! We can always find something unusual that we love and can afford. Their service is excellent and gives you a choice of waiting or leaving your item and coming back when it is convenient for you. I use them a lot for watch battery replacement, which are much less expensive than our local jewelry store.
Get compliments everywhere I go on the jewelry my partner has given me from JT :)

Terrible Service, Sent 2 of my rings to be repaired and when they came back one was beautiful clean and had a new diamond in it. But my purple amythest was bent and grimy looking

Terrible service. My associate, a middle aged woman, remained on the phone with a personal call in front of me for multiple minutes. Her tone was condescending. "It's not nearly as simple as that. No, no, no." She declined to repair a bracelet because it "wouldn't be worth it. Did you know those pearls were fake? Well they are. VERY fake." An all around insulting experience. Don't go.
