We recently hired Neat Freaks to complete a move out cleaning in preparation for new tenants moving in. After the service was completed, I had a friend tour the home to verify the cleanliness since we were out of town. She was less than thrilled with results. I contacted the company and was personally assured that the house was spotless.Our tenants arrived, I asked them if the house was clean. Let's just say, they were not impressed and didn't believe that we had paid a company to clean the house. When I revealed what we paid to have the house cleaned their response was, "I am sorry, you were ripped off!". We were billed for 15 hours of cleaning service. We spent a lot of money to have our home professionally cleaned for our tenants only to end in disappointment. I do not normally write reviews but I would not recommend using this company. Had I just taken a few extra minutes to read the reviews I would not have went with this company. Lesson learned.

Cleaning is ok, not the greatest. They dont go above and beyond... if you want that you'll have to pay for it....such as base boards, and using furniture polish. They dont clean bathrooms that well and don't vacuum along the edge under the base board. You can find a better deal with other companies... and they will do a much better job and for less money!! Do some research before you decide on this company!

Amy and her team are the best cleaning service we have every used. We have used large 'franchise' cleaning services and other small or independant cleaning services and Neat Freaks by far is the best! The customer service provided and the consistency in who cleans our house and how it is cleaned make it a pleasure to do business with them. I couldn't ask for anything more in a cleaning service. Neat Freaks comes to our house every other week, and my whole family loves 'cleaning day'. The house is clean and smells great. Thanks Ladies! You are the best!

Amy and her staff are AMAZING! My house would be crazy dirty without them! They come once a month to do a big clean. My house smells and looks great! They personally know me and understand my circumstances! There have been a number of times I forgot they were coming, and they got started, eventhough I had not prepared for them. One time I completely forgot and left the house. I have two dogs, and the house was a complete mess. They handled the dogs and cleaned my house anyway. They are considerate of me and my family, and they clean my home like they would their own. I cannot say enough great things about Amy and her staff! As a mom of 3 with little or no time to do a regular deep clean, they help me to no end! Amy is always professional, and has become a friend! I would recommend them to anyone, especially busy moms!

Neat Freaks has been doing a once a month cleaning at our house for over four years. There has never been a time when the house wasn't cleaned to a professional standard, and they have always been attentive to special requests such as specific cleaning products to be used on wood furniture. We'll use this company as long as we own here.

Amy sent out a team to do a deep cleaning on our home, and with dogs, dry weather, and boys, our home really needed it. When I got home, every area shined brightly, from floors and bathrooms to baseboards and counters. Her team paid close attention to details, ensuring that all areas were cleaned thoroughly. We started using Neat Freaks last spring. They have always done a wonderful job and my house always looks and smells fantastic after they've gone. After one of our cleanings I did notice a spot that was missed on our kitchen floor, Amy was very apologetic and offered to either fix it or give me a credit off of my bill. I have not had any problems since. She has always been very straight forward with what things will cost and very willing to make things right. I would definitely recommend them!!

Neat Freaks kept the house modelhome clean through the summer and fall while it was on the market. They never let me down. The house always looked spotless. I recomend them without qualifications.

We have used NeatFreaks for over 6 yrs....totally happy with their service. If something isn't done right, they do it again...no questions asked. I am very picky about the bathrooms and wood floors...they do an outstanding job! Very nice and trustworthy.

Clean Freaks came to my home and cleaned our bathrooms. I had all but given up on my shower - not sure what products to use to get rid of the "goo" that seemed to be taking over the grout between the tiles. But, after they cleaned, I was amazed at the condition of the shower. It sparkled. Which is truly amazing considering the condition it was in before they came. They did an EXCELLANT job and were very accommodating to my schedule which is much appreciated, especially considering I have little kids. A+ rating if you ask me :)

I hired Neat Freaks when I moved to Castle Rock from Raleigh, NC in Feb. 2009. I have had to fire two previous cleaning services and consider myself lucky to get a good service to begin with after moving here. If something I want cleaned is not being cleaned, I just call and they add it to the list. Occasionally, if something isn't done or done correctly, I just call and someone is sent to correct the issue. The cleaners are friendly and get to work as soon as they get here so they aren't inconveniencing me any longer then they have to. If I mention something I want done while they are here, they take care of it immediately. I would recommend this service to my friends.

The best of the best. I've used Neat Feaks for about a year and am completely happy with the service. Having had bad experiences with national cleaning chains in the past I have to admit I was sceptical at first. There were a few things that needed to be ironed out and Amy was always pleasant and responsive to my calls and her ladies were, and are, happy to make whatever adjustments necessary for me. I am comfortable having them in my home when I am gone. They did a deep, deep clean for me while I was traveling for a month and when I walked in the house it looked like a model home. I recommend Amy and her ladies with complete confidence and the highest accolades!

I hired Neat Freaks over 4 years ago after a back surgery that left me practically bedridden. They have been wonderful! The ladies are wonderful and do an awesome job! I have had other cleaning services over the years and Neat Freaks is far and away the best I have ever had!!!!!

I hired Neat Freaks housekeeping for 9 months of regular weekly service and they were top notch in their attention to detail. I was home on bedrest for several of the months that they cleaned for me and all the ladies went out of their way for me each time they visited. I looked forward to my cleaning day each week. We are picky customers, but found their service to be above and beyond our expectations on a regular basis. I had to discontinue my service only because of some unfortunate budget constraints. I look forward to the day when I can hire them back again on a regular basis. I would recommend their service to anyone who is looking for a cleaning service with attention to detail and a trustworthy staff. I found their billing to be fair and consistent. I even received a reduction in my regular rate as we completed a home improvement project and there was less dirt being created on a regular basis. Who wants fly by night or a nervous pit of uncertainty in your stomach when you have people you don't know in your house? I don't, and that is one of the first reasons I chose this established company to clean my home. Little did I know what I was in for when I returned home after their first "deep" cleaning. I literally had a giddy reaction to how clean my house was when i returned. I am a perfectionist and every corner was dusted and every dog hair removed. Honestly, I'm not sure how they did it all with a couple girls in a few hours. I know the effort that was put in as I had tried to maintain my place on my own before I hired them, and i didn't come anywhere close to this. My house even smelled clean and I purposely walked room by room looking for something that was missed. I have had "holy crap" type of reactions from friends that have been over since and I think I have already made back what I spent in just feeling better about my place and being able to concentrate on wo

I just hired Neat Freaks for a large cleaning job in a home I own as a rental.She assured me that they were very detail oriented and would do an amazing job. I was excited after talking to her. Then upon completion, I got an invoice nearly $100 over what she quoted me, my house wasn't even close to clean to my expectations. She told me to make a list of things that still needed attention. I did so and she argued each on away except for dusting the top of fan blades. She offered to come back out and finish the job but it would cost me hourly. She argued with me about what they cleaned, yet she never saw the end result herself. I spent 9 hours over two days cleaning up things they totally missed or did a terrible job on. They broke tile in a bathroom and didn't offer any compensation for it. They ruined the granite counter surface in another bathroom using improper solutions to clean it. Avoid her! She'll tell you one thing and deliver quite another. Beware, she knows how to sell you.

I recently moved and hired Neat Freaks to clean our home to prep it for sale. I received a FEDEX packet a few days later with my garage sale money in it, converted to a cashiers check totaling over $600! I completely forgot I put it in the top of a kitchen cupboard. Thanks so much!
