Fun for special occasions. We went for my son's birthday and it was a great meal and great entertainment. The chefs cook at your table, it is very entertaining.

The best sushi I've ever had! Tried other place, but they don't even compare to the taste, ambiance, and hospitality! I'd suggest the "Sexy Girl Roll" or the "Dynamite Roll" as they are excellent! Mt. Fuji in Castle Rock is a must visit for me every time I travel to Denver from La Junta!

This is my favorite to take the family or out of town guests. The food is alway delicious and the atmosphere is beautiful...on of my tabs.

I think this is one of the better places in Parker to go out and I love going there. I've been to only a few different Japanese style restaurants and this one is great in my book.
