Dr. Killingsworth has been our dentist for 15 years now and her expertise is 2nd to none. She is great at minimizing pain and gentle with a friendly positive chair-side manner. We love her and would recommend her to anyone seeking the very best in dental care.

Their prices are a little bit high compared to other dentists in their area and there are quite a bit of dentists in the surrounding area. I had an issue with some work they did and was basically blown off. I had asked to have the dentist come and see me about it but the receptionist, I guess, has the expertise to make the dental decisions, instead of the actual dentist to come and see what the problem is as I had requested. If this is how follow up is treated then I would highly recommended checking out some of the other dentists in the area as there are plenty. Understanding that it is still a business, there should be some care about the patients healthcare. Everyone else has rated that they are good about getting same day service but I believe it is because they do not have many patients to deal with and that should say a lot. Do yourself a favor and check out the other dentists in the area.

This office is unique to dental practices! While in the chair, you often will hear laughter. The staff is so understanding, caring and gentle. I have never had to wait on my apointment time, many times I get called back early. If you are looking for a great dentist and her staff, look no further:)

First, Dr. Killingsworth and all the DAs we worked with were excellent. However we have had nothing but trouble dealing with insurance billing with them. After an honest mistake by my wife in presenting our Health insurance provider instead of our dental provider, and everything involved in straightening that out, when our dental plan provider changed this year, we made sure to bring our new provider information with us to our regular cleanings. We made sure they understood that this was new insurance, not the old insurance. Well, we were not told until recently that they didn't accept that type of insurance. Couldn't they have told me that before incurring the charges? Their argument is that there are thousands of insurance plans, and they don't know them all. They did explain that they were an Aetna PPO provider in this recent exchange, but not a DMO provider, which is the coverage we have. Couldn't they have asked me if I knew which plan I had before they worked on us? A simple ques

This office is amazing! I must sday that they are good for the entire family. The Hygienist was so gentle and so caring. The office is clean! The Doctor is amazing... ultimate in beaty in Dentistry for sure!:)
