It is impossible to get an order right here - tragically I love their chicken, and the only way to get it is to go here. You must go inside! Avoid the drive-thru! When you get your order, open it to make sure everything is there, and the right stuff is there, and check everything for freshness, or you're going to get biscuits that shatter when you try to eat them, old dried out chicken, etc. The quality control is non-existent, you must do it yourself. Went yesterday was very disappointed. Took 3 minutes to order because cashier couldn't understand what I was ordering. Chicken was undercooked, tables weren't cleaned between patrons, and out of the plastic utensils. When I attempted to throw out our trash, the cans were overflowing. There were 4 customers sitting at the time and nobody ordering. Think the staff should have paid more attention to details.
