I took my seven month old puppy to Heritage after calling to get an estimate. When I picked him up I was handed a bill that was $25 more than the quote. I was quite specific when I called, so their claim that they got the breed mixed up was wrong. I stupidly paid the full amount, then two days later had to pay a $76 vet bill because the groomer had been "over-zealous" when she pulled hair out of his ears--a procedure we never requested. Not only was my poor puppy in agony for three days, he is most likely psychologically scarred as well. I called Heritage to let them know what had happened. They promised a manager would call. It's now been three weeks and I've not heard a word. If you love your dog, DON'T take them here!
