The crew at this particular Brakes Plus are amazing! They treat you with respect, but more important, if you are a regular customer, they treat you like family. My husband and I along with our two daughters have been regular customers for the past 5-6 years, or maybe longer. They do wonderful work; they even rebuilt/replaced our oldest daughter's engine. We have a old Town & Country van. When it was making some strange noises, they worked on it until they found the problem. In this case, since they could not find the problem in a day or two (they kept it for 3), they gave us a discount because they had the vehicle for a longer period of time. I/we just can't say enough praises for the work they do and the friendliness of the operation.
