We have been using Wayne for 7 years. He is an excellent repair man, knowledgable, efficient, and thorough. We used 2 other repairmen before him and there is no comparison. He has replaced a pump and helped us with the warranty work. He has also replaced the heater twice, ozonater, fuses, cover and today he fixed a leak. He knows his stuff and knows where to go for parts. We will continue to use him for many years.

Very poor customer service . 1st trip inspected the spa and said he needed to order the appropriate parts and reschedule. 2nd trip walked around and said he didn't want to deal with repairs. Crabby ass hole!
