Although they have a nice showroom and nice tiles, I would NOT recommend using these people. They do not stand behind their work. I had purchased backsplash tiles for my new kitchen which they installed. After three months, the grout was completely cracked. After putting me off for almost 2 months by saying they were too busy to come to fix and to keep calling back, after that time, they told me there would be a service charge to come to my house to fix. Why would I hire someone to fix something they did not install properly in the first place? The kitchen contractor we hired (who had initally recommended them to us) will no longer recommend them to their clients.
