This place "estimated" my part I had to pay in order to have a cat scan done my pelvis and abdomen, to check for a kidney stone, to be $481.00. I could not get it done until 2 weeks later because I did not have the money till then. I finally had it done and paid my "estimated" part in full. A week later I recieved my EOB from the insurance company and my part should of only been $198.00. If they would have given me a correct or closer estimate I could have done it right away. I have been calling trying to get my refund of $286.00 FOR 2 MONTHS NOW! They are telling me it will be 2 more weeks and I won't believe it till I see it.
