Management is horrible to employees. Profit over care is their motto. They don't care about the patients or the employees. Sad to see a good company go downhill under newer management.

I wouldn't tell anyone to put there family in this facility. The HR management will lie to you and make broken promises just to get you in the door and once they have your money then everything changed. Management has not clue to what is going on and they only worry about making the place look good and MONEY. If they find out insurance/private pay has ran out and is not going to pay you, they will tell you that you have to leave that day. HR doesn't care about the workers, if anything goes wrong they will over look it and go about their daily routine as if nothing happen. The leadership is very lazy and will play the blame game on each other and never take responsibility to there wrong doing. Everything only looks good when state is coming, if they came in on a normal day that place would be shut down. it's like working with high school people. I

I love this place. My mother has been sent there for rehab after surgery 3 times. Everyone is so pleasant and you can tell they like what they do. They really do care. I call it my moms home away from home. I love the little drink cart that comes around to the rooms and the bird sanctuary in the sitting room. Sometimes its the little things that can make a difference. Thank You Paris Manor for my peace of mind when my mother is there. Joyce Jellema Chicago Ill.
