Terrible Service

On Friday I bought some furniture for my daughter, which was to be delivered Saturday between 9:00 - 1:00, At 1:00 when it had not arrived, it took multiple calls yo find out it had never been picked up. She was promised it would be the first delivery today (Wed) and as of now, 1:00 ,it has not been delivered. It is impossible to get information because their customer line is never answered. She and I both have been on hold several times over the last 2 days for over 50 minutes before having to give up. She has now wasted 2 days sitting at home waiting for furniture that never showed up.
