One star is giving way to much credit this dealership should be shut down Dean the sales manager and Milton Rodrigues are a disgrace you sell me a car that is unsafe and promise to fix it and for months play games not answering calls or emails . How this dealership is run is truely disgusting all they do is lie cover for each other screen phone calls . Stay away from here and defiantely do not deal with Milton hey will sell you the brooklyn bridge complete lier. I was sold a piece of crap that they never fixed.

Sales OK; Service was a disaster



I bought a new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited which I love. I went in knowing what I wanted to pay for the car, what features I wanted, and told them what they needed to do to make a deal and they did. Got the car three hours later. So far so good.



The deal included running boards which they had to order. I was told it would take 2-3 days, it took 10. No big deal, it was the holidays and I guess the parts supplier was closed. Forgivable.



Right after I got the car the UConnect system (Nav/Sound/Climate) kept freezing up. I made an appointment for a Saturday at 9am to get the running boards put on and have the Uconnect system put on. In between when I made the appointment and the appointment day they called me twice to try and schedule it for a week day. I told them both times that I work and that can't possibly work for me.



I show up at 8:45 for the appointment. The woman at the check in counter while not overly rude, was definitely not particularly welcoming. She told me it would be a few hours. Told her that was fine, brought breakfast and an iPad. Four hours go by and she said it would still be a few hours. Went home. Called at 2, and again at 4:30 to find out my cars status. Both times I couldn't get her on the phone. No one except my service consultant could tell me anything but she was unavailable. Finally call back again and someone tells me I can head over. When I get there the service area is closed and my keys are at the desk up front. I look at the car notice they didn't fix the Uconnect and the running boards are not on evenly.



The service manager pretty much told me to go screw myself and muttered something about "this is why I don't deal with sales clients" and that the running boards take 4 hours to install that's why it took so long. I watched a YouTube video on how to install the running boards. Its 14 screws per running board and the video runs 6 minutes. Since my running boards were part of the deal I guess service doesn't get paid or get credit for it.



I speak to Dean who is the Sales manager who seemed to be listen to me and even apologized. Seriously, all it takes is an apology and it goes a long way. He told me to reach out to Heather, the service business development manager. I reached out to her at the dealership on the phone but could never get her on the line. I emailed Dean who sent my info over to her. She responded with a phone call, sounded genuinely concerned, said she investigate and follow up with me. 5 days go by. No response. I email Dean again saying I wanted the ownerships contact info and miraculously she calls me back. Initially I was told they might be able to pick up my car and do anything they could to make it easier for me. Again BS they refused to do it. She wanted me to come in on a weekday. Again, I work during the week. I can't do it during the week. So she sets me up with an appointment for the following Saturday. I get the confirmation email and it mentions nothing about the uConnect system. I email Heather back again to ask about it and what happens? No response. Again. In the end I went online downloaded the uConnect software update and installed it myself. I also watched the YouTube video again and crawled under the car and fixed the running boards myself. It took me about 20 minutes and I didn't even have a power drill. Next time when I need service it will definitely not be here. I have better things to do with my time and seriously, next time just apologize and make it right. It costs you nothing.
