Paramount High School operates under the Paramount Unified School District. It offers educational services to more than 4,000 students every year in grades nine through 12. Paramount High School offers classes in various subjects and provides a variety of services, including college and career counseling, and financial aid and scholarship. The school, based in Paramount, Calif., also offers leadership, band and drama activities, athletics events and pep squads for participation of the students. It organizes more than 50 student clubs and various athletic events, including football, cross country, cheerleading, and track and field. Paramount Unified School District also operates other schools, including Wesley Gaines Elementary School, Lakewood Elementary School and Lincoln Elementary School.
