If it wasn't for the low prices I'd be living elsewhere. Complaints complaints complaints, everybody can complain about you even if it was a blatant lie & you can even get evicted out for it. Everyone complains for everything, feels like somebody is going to eventually complain about you even breathing at all. Seen people getting evicted left & right. Not a nice place to raise kids at all. Has a nice pool, cheap garage and laundry, a little too old-like falling appart, a nice area with tables outside, & a dangerous neglected area with a swing & construction things in it on a weird hill (swing on a hill... common). It would be nice if they moved the swing to the nice area with tables in it. No gym anything included. But there is a 24 hour gym close by that is not cheap. Water included in rent. As long as you pretent to be invisible you are fine, otherwise Eviction!
