Horrible!

Terrible place! Order a beer coming In didn't get my beer till I was almost at my free dessert because there was hair in my sandwich! Then was charged a total of 3 times, because the waiter is stupid! Frank the Gm said he would get our money back and it's been a week still no money! How do you swipe someone's card 3 times! Worst service ever!!

I love their burgers. Yum Yum Yum. The Red Robin Gourmet Burget is the best. Very nice atmosphere and great staff too.
