The worse worse customer service I have ever experienced. Let me begin by saying that this store is the worse. From the manager Edgar to most of the emloyees, specially an emloyee by the name of Edgar. They are rude and have no customer service. I have been verbally abuse by this people, I've been called a lier and have been made fun of by Edgar the manger. I was on disability and requeste the payment waiver because I couldn't make my payments and I discovered that I was payin for this service called RAC Benefits. Well they waived my payment until I returned to work and started calling me on the same day I returned to work. Well I informed Frank the only associate that has people skills and is very polite that I had jay returned to work and was not making a payment until I receive my check on June 19, 2015 he said that was ok. Than I called because I couldn't make my payment online and Gabriel was rude accusing me of not wanting to pay my furniture. I Explaine to him that they had waived my payment and he said that they moved my payment 20 days and it was a curtesy. By that time I was irate because first of all I pay for this service that is offer by you and second this is no courtesy I pay for the service. He sai he would have Frank call me because I didn want to assume my responsibility. Who in the world does he them know he is to talk to me that way. I hung up and called the corporate office to file a complaint. I am also going to write on every single site a bad review so that Rent a Center can trained their emloyees in customer service. I wouldn't recomend this store to my worst enemy. The worse customer service experience
