Dirty, understaffed. Three of their bar tenders were there with us drinking, one way too much. Bathroom had throw up everywhere. Boiled peanuts good. Super smoky. Bar tender was rude. Mister Cocktail himself. Probably won't be back unless someone else is buying my drinks.

To all those that were there on Mardi Gras weekend You gotta understand that bar deals with 50 times the normal customers! Same goes for st paddys day! I will admitt the ower has her moments but trust me she is better than most restaurant and bar owners in Panama City as far as the military s*** goes I highly doubt that because the main bartender is a former Marine so if y'all want to come back good more at the bar for me go spend all your money at players are out a newbies are coyote ugly hell maybe even go get ripped off at la vela

This is by far the worst establishment that has ever been. Not only is the owner of this establishment INCREDIBLY rude, she apparently has something against those within the military, and not only berated a soldier that had come into the bar just trying to get a drink and said that those who serve are a joke, she preceeded to yell and demean him in front of the ENTIRE establishment. When the soldier tried to leave, the owner actually FOLLOWED him out of the bar and to his car, constantly making fun of him for being a soldier and working for Obama. Not only that, she had other workers come and demean him as he waited for his friend. This woman and this place is an absolute JOKE. This place should be shut down. It's disgusting, decrepit, and obviously owned by incredibly rude people that have NO respect for those in the military.

I attended Madri Gras In St. Andrews this past weekend with several friends. We heard the band playing outside at the Watershed and walked up. Several of us had drinks in our hand, the lady with short blonde hair, walked up and jerked the soda out of my hand and told me to get the F**K off her property with that drink. I later found out, she is the owner. There are ways to talk to people and the way she handled it was way out of line. And I was not the only one, she did it to. I am a local resident and you can rest assured, I will never step foot on her property again or spend one penny with her. Please pass the word around.

I attended the Mardi Gras Celebration in St Andrews last night and made several purchases in this place (my friends also), and tipped well, I might add. Upon my third visit, I purchased two beverages that came to $4.25, I gave the bartender a $20 bill and was given $4.75 change. When I tried to tell the bartender of her $10 mistake, I was advised that I was given the proper change and she would no longer speak to me. I attempted again to tell her that I was an honest person and would NEVER try to steal money and she continued to ignore me. I was appalled!! When my husband came in to try to talk to the bartender, she would not talk to us and would not return our money. I have never been treated so badly and will do my best to get the word out about my experience. Please, please, please, never spend a dime of your money in this trashy place!
