I did not receive follow up af...

I did not receive follow up after I purchased a defective item. I called to report the issue and they came to my home to identify the problem on my couch. Once they came I did not hear anything further. I have called and emailed and nothing has occurred. Very disappointed. Will not purchase here again. Needless to say I will not recommend.

We searched tons of places in the area for furniture, they had the best deal (ask about discounts), the furniture is comfy and they delivered on time. The furniture is fairly durable, we have some knicks and scratches on our wood pieces, but we have two cats, a dog and a little one so thats to be expected. The couch and recliner however are awesome. My daughter has spilt EVERYTHING on them and it wipes right off the fabric. There was a fee for delivery but thats included in the price (and expected). Overall, very satisfied with the product.

Poor followup

Bought a bedroom set, delivery time was late in day 6:30 PM (8 out of 11), when two men came in they set furniture in bedroom and told us there was an $80.00 set up fee. This was to set up the mattress frame and four screws to attach mirror to dresser. Called the store 5 or 6 times over several days and manager Scott never returned a call, same with salesman Alberto. Would not deal with them again. Lee L
