I thought maybe the other reviews about Rick not following up after the first visit were a fluke, but they are not. He was friendly, came out promptly to fix our washer and was done quickly. However, after the next use the washer started leaking water, turns out the one of the hose clamps from the pump was not fully clamped back in place from his repair. I called and he said he would come back out and fix it right away, but he never showed up and stopped answering my calls. I had to hire another repair company to fix a simple issue that he should have come back to resolve based on the first service call. I spent an extra $154 because of him. Take heed of these reviews. They are accurate and the other company I called said they get calls all the time from his previous customers with scenarios just like this.

I had a washer which would not empty and would not spin. The repair guy knew exactly what the problem was before he ever saw it. He repaired it the same day. The response was quick and the charge was reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.

Rick has been to my house twice and repaired 2 issues with my washer and 1 issue with my frig. My frig had another issue that was something I caused during cleaning that Rick discovered and did not charge me for. He looked at my dishwasher and told me what was wrong which was something I could fix myself. He did not charge for that advice. He fixed my appliance issues quickly and knowledgeably. His prices are very affordable and we extremely happy. He came when he said he would and he is a very nice man! We would recommend him to anyone!

I couldn't help but not add to these reviews as I had an experience not to long ago in dealing with Rick. While trying to repair a burnt out Module on my fridge, he burnt a hole in my countertop. He said no problem, I'll fix it. Upon multiple phone calls and repeated attempts to have him call me back, never happened. Now I am stuck with a burn mark in the countertop. Just look up the BBB. Its all right there folks. Don't trust Rick or anyone from this business. Go somewhere else! I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Starting to think the business is illegitimate. Came out for their $30 assessment which I did find very fare, however that is it! Said they were going to research the parts and what not and that was almost a month ago. Contacted them 3 times and have had no call back from Rick, the repairman. Thanks Rick. Glad I gave you $30 to tell me my washer does not work. Don't use if you want something fixed. Just use a more expensive reputable company and save yourself the aggravation.

The worst contractor in Panama City. I have been trying to schedule these guys to install a part I ordered for over a month. I call and they don't call back. I use my wife's phone and they'll hang up on me. Their business practices are disorganized and customer relations non-existent.

I called this company and set up a firm date on which they would come out at around noon and fix my refrigerator. On the scheduled date, I waited all day. They were a no show and didn't call either. I asked the company why they did not show nor call, via email, and they've never responded.

They arrived within 2 hours of my phone call. They were extremely professional and friendly. They took the appliance apart and tried several things but the result was that it would have cost more to fix it than to replace it. They were very honest about this even though it meant they would make less money. They charged me less than $30 for 30 minutes of their time and explained everything in detail. I cannot remember the last time I received this type of great, honest service! I highly recommend them!
